All glasses available in our warehouses are shipped within 4 working days from the order date.
If the items are not available in stock, the waiting times will be communicated to you via email. Times are indicative and may vary depending on the availability of our supplier.

PRICES
The prices published on our site for a country belonging to the European Union are inclusive of the VAT rate.
The prices published on our site for a country NOT belonging to the European Union do NOT include VAT.
Shipping costs for the destination location must be added to the price of the item.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other for a single purchase.

Discount codes and other promotions cannot be applied to items included in the following sections: OUTLET - SALES - BLACK FRIDAY - CYBER MONDAY - GOOD FRIDAY

TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

Deliveries to a country not belonging to the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties; these taxes do not depend on Otticanet but on the Customs of the country of destination.
Any taxes and any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Otticanet cannot know in advance any taxes and customs charges as they vary from country to country. For further information we recommend you contact the local customs authority or the Fedex, UPS or Dhl customer service in your country.
These taxes to be paid by the recipient are collected by the courier upon delivery of the package or requested subsequently.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using adequate packaging that protects the goods from possible impacts and ensures good thermal insulation.
In case of breakage or tampering with the package , we invite you not to accept the delivery and contact us immediately .

It is possible to ship your purchases to an address other than your residence, simply indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.

All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulation, cannot leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We therefore recommend that you indicate an address where the courier can find someone who can sign for and collect the package.

It is possible to find out the status of the shipment directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the shipment email. Shipments can be tracked 24/48 hours after receiving the email.

GADGETS AND GIFTS

In the event of returns of orders affected by promotions which include the addition of a gadget or free gift such as a cap, cleaning spray, anti-fog spray and cleaning wipes for glasses, these items may be retained by the customer.

If the free item is a Fossil jewel - bracelet or necklace - it must be returned. If the jewel received as a gift is not sent, the value of the item will be added to the return costs.

GUARANTEES
Otticanet ensures the quality and authenticity of the products sold.
All glasses are accompanied by the safety and quality certificate required by European legislation (DL n°46 of 02/24/1997-DM n°180 of 05/04/1998), and where required by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product released by the manufacturer.

All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the event of proven malfunction of the item, the warranty may provide for its replacement or repair.
Damage caused by bad or improper use is not guaranteed.
It should be noted that Otticanet is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to people or things resulting from the malfunctioning of the products.

COMPLAINTS
For any problems and complaints relating to the products or the service, send us an e-mail by writing to info@chicandclick.com or click here and fill out the form, we will reply within 24/48 hours starting from the first working day following your request.
We are also at your disposal by telephone on 0039 015 20479.

Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday from h. 8.30 am to 7.00 pm and on Saturdays from h. 9.00 am to h. 12.00 (Central European Time) except during national holidays, the closing of the offices will be notified in advance.

Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in the event of a dispute he can submit a complaint via the European Union ODR platform which can be reached at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ (the platform will be operational from 15 February 2016).
